  • When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by April 30, 2025. This will help us finalize our plans and ensure that everything is in order for the event. We appreciate your prompt response!
  • Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?
We want to keep our guest list intimate and include only those who know us well. Each invited guest's name is clearly listed on your invitation, and unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any extra guests. Thank you for your understanding!
  • Am I allowed to bring my children?
Absolutely! We would be thrilled for Ayden and Ayla (Venus' nephew and niece) to make friends with your little ones! Just let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly on food and seating etc.
  • Where will wedding updates be posted?
Additional updates or changes that need your attention will appear on our wedding website.
  • Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for!
  • When should I arrive at Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat?
All of our guests are invited to join us at the welcome party on the afternoon of September 11, a day before our wedding. In the days leading up to the wedding, we will also be organizing some casual meals and activities with different friend groups for more quality time with each of you. These are entirely optional and intended for those who are already in town — stay tuned for more details!
  • How should I get around the Côte d'Azur?
Uber operates in Côte d'Azur. While availability may be more limited in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat compared to larger cities like Nice, you can still request rides to and from the area using the Uber app. However, during peak times or in less frequented spots, you might experience longer wait times or limited availability. It's advisable to check the app in advance to ensure a car is available when you need it.
  • Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding venue?
We're currently exploring options for shuttle services around Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Beaulieu-sur-Mer post-after party. More information about transportation arrangements will be shared closer to the wedding date, so please stay tuned for updates on our website.
  • Is there parking available near the wedding venue?
Free parking is offered on the site for guests who decide to drive, subject to availability.
  • What will the weather be like?
September is when the heat in Côte d'Azur begins to let up. Average temperatures generally sit between a low of 16ºC in the evenings and a high of 24ºC during the day. It does tend to be a little wetter than previous months, so there is a chance of a shower. We recommend bringing a scarf or light sweater or jacket to stay comfortable.
  • Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony, cocktail and dinner will be outdoors, whereas the after party will take place indoors. In case of rain, the ceremony will be tented, and the cocktail and dinner will be moved indoors. While Villa Ephrussi is mostly paved, guests may need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended for ladies.
